Dixy Group owners decide against dividends for 2017
MOSCOW, Jul 2 (PRIME) -- The shareholders of Russian retailer Dixy Group have decided against paying dividends for 2017, the company said in a statement on Monday.
The net loss of the company widened to 6 billion rubles under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) in 2017.
The shareholders approved delisting from the Moscow Exchange in December 2017 and set the buyout price at 340 rubles per security. Minority shareholder Prosperity, which owns about 20%, agreed to sell the stake to Dixy’s affiliate Dixy Yug in January 2018.
